S.F. Citywide Market Trends for single family homes 2008 vs. 2009-have we hit bottom?

Below are charts showing S.F. citywide market trends just for single family homes 2008 vs. 2009.   The data shows median sales price is up, sales volume is up, properties under contract is up by 42%, and inventory is down by 46%.  The numbers are certainly looking promising.
