I found Cheryl online when I was looking for an agent to help me find and purchase a condo. Cheryl made the home buying experience positive from start to finish. I found her to be very engaged(without pressure), professional, knowledgeable and hardworking.
She clearly explained the purchase process every step of the way, from offer strategy to contingencies, inspections etc. She recommended some excellent resources including an very thorough home inspector and a person to analyze the condo association’s CC&R’s and budget documents which resulted in a $4000 seller credit for me.
She also used DocSign for e-signing which saved a lot of time as well as being green friendly.

Persistence & patience pays off for Laura!
Laura & I had been working together for a few weeks & she had just missed out on a condo that she had her eye on.
