Laura & I had been working together for a few weeks & she had just missed out on a condo that she had her eye on. Even though there was an offer in place, I encouraged her to write a back up offer. Within a couple of weeks, the first buyer walked & her offer was elevated to first position! She bought in 2008 & what a sweet deal she got on a 2br/2ba condo! Persistence & patience pays off for Laura!
